Paula Wilson, Psy.D, CCTP

Dr. Wilson is a certified School-Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of direct clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and their families. Dr. Wilson obtained a Bachelors of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the State University of Plattsburgh and earned her Master of Science (M.Sc) in counseling and Educational Services from Fordham University. Dr. Wilson continued her education at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology where she earned her Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D) in School-Clinical Psychology.

Dr. Wilson has extensive experience conducting evaluations for the diagnosis and treatment of suspected victims of child abuse and neglect. She also provides services to individuals diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Mood Disorders. In addition to private practice, Dr. Wilson continues to work in the public schools where her responsibilities include but are not limited to conducting individual and group counseling, administering psycho-educational assessments which provide psychological attributes of learning and of academic skills. Dr. Wilson also has extensive knowledge and experience developing and implementing 504 and Individual Educational Plans.

Dr. Wilson views her clients as part of a larger system which includes family, community, school, and culture.  She takes an active stance as a therapist, while offering a warm, supportive, down to earth, strength based, and practical approach.  Dr. Wilson strongly believes that the therapeutic relationship that she cultivates with her clients is the groundwork from which to begin.

Kira Baskerville-Williams LCSW, Ed. D, CCTP

Kira Baskerville-Williams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been involved in private practice for over 10 years.  She has been a clinical supervisor for the past two years helping clinicians develop and become Licensed Clinical Social Workers.

Kira specializes in working with children and parents, families, and individuals looking for better outcomes and a better quality of life.  Kira provides empowerment and leadership workshops and works with groups to help them obtain and sustain an optimal living experience.

Kira has worked in the educational field for 21 years with a specialization in special education.  Kira has vast experience in education and specialized instructional and educational practices geared towards promoting student growth.

Kira earned her Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University.  After completing her Master of Social Work degree, Kira started her career working in alternative education.  After working in alternative education, Kira started working on child study teams in the position of a social worker.

Kira continued her education at Seton Hall University where she received her ED.S degree to become an Educational Specialist. Kira provides Educational Consulting to families, schools, and systems of care.

Kira holds several certifications in the field of mental health such as Clinical Supervisor, Licensed Social Worker, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  Kira also holds certifications in the field of education such as Supervisor and Principal Certification and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Seton Hall University.

Kira is able to combine her experience and knowledge to foster client-centered growth and solutions to everyday life concerns. Kira thoroughly enjoys working with individuals and helping them to evolve into what they envision for themselves.

Nina Yousef  MA, LAC, NCC

Nina is a Licensed Associate Counselor and Nationally Certified counselor in New Jersey, with a Master of Arts in clinical mental counseling from Montclair State University a CACREP-Accredited program and graduated with Chi Sigma Iota. Nina believes to be both a helper and an ongoing learner to gain awareness of her clients’ worldview, identity, cultural competence, and personal goals.  

Providing clinical mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults, in various diagnoses and life stressors in areas such as depression, anxiety, social anxiety, separation anxiety, phobias, bipolar disorders, trauma, grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive disorder, attention-deficit hyperactive disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, adjustment disorder, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder conduct and behavioral issues, anger issues, time-management, self-esteem and body image, bullying, relationship issues, infidelity and any emotional distress related to everyday stressors. 

Nina utilizes an eclectic approach to psychotherapy due to her knowledge and experience that each client is unique when it comes to their personal identity development and experiences, one treatment does not work for everyone.
